You could try SOFI. It's short for "Society Of Field Inspectors" but often times the members offer multiple services. It's free and you can search specific cities. We use it for contracts to do our vacancy checks. The URL is www.sofi.us

A "Transaction Engineer" is what I and many of my investor friends call our selves. We use it to peak people's interest in us and what we do. Sometimes the term "investor" has negative connotations just depending on the audiance's experiences, misunderstanding or lack of knowledge. We are investors yes but as "Transaction Engineers" we a problem solvers. We work to help people out of situations when they can't see a way out.

My name is Michael Maynard. I live in Cleveland, TN. I buy and sell in SE TN and N GA. I am interested in buying and holding, rehabs, and sub good. Right now my primary focus is single family homes but I hope to be able to transition to multi-family and commercial properties. My main objective is to get to where I can pay cash to purchase and rehab then sell owner financed. The power of compounding interests is very appealing.
