Structural issues
need help and I am relying on best people here. I have one property under contract in cleavland subrubs area. We have done inspection and it looks like there are some water damage in the property, and also something wrong with the way house's slope is and inspection report recommend structural engineer.
Can I get some references for good contractor or structural engineer?
Any advice on how to deal these situations will be helpful.
Thanks
