I’ve seen lots of good discussion around traits of a great agent.

My question is: What does your go-to agent DO and DELIVER for you that provides ongoing value as you build your portfolio?

Secondly, how many have signed buyer agency agreements with an agent? Why did you sign?

I've run into dead ends on this with lenders and dug through past threads...

I have a pool of buyers who would like to house hack 2-4 units & pay ≤5% or less down - but need buy with a co-borrower who will not occupy.  Are there any financing possibilities anyone is aware of?

Thank you!

@Chris Mason digging this up from a while back! Are you saying it's not possible - or just not common?  I'm running into this same question with a pool of buyers I have.

How can I cash a money order made out to the wrong payee?

Long story about an inherited tenant who is now gone. Last rent was paid by money order with wrong name for our management company. Tenant is long gone.

Any ideas on how to cash the money order?

I’m considering starting a rehab company with a few fellow investors/agents. We have a contractor lined up we would pay a salary. He would work on our investment projects and client listings.

I’m looking for insight on the agreement we should consider. Specifically, how should we arrange partners’ access to the services?

Anything else we should consider besides compensation, insurance etc?

Thanks!

@John Stewart Did you close on the property yourself before re-selling?

How did tax implications work out?
