Only $80. I'd let it go, personally. That's a cheap education for you on that pipe. I've paid a lot more to learn a lot less.

You have to do your own research right now. See it, analyze it, call the listing agent.

@Kevin L. King

G'day mate. I'm Aussie living in St. Louis, MO...getting ready to move to Florida. I have a few properties in the St. Louis area. As a foreigner, the only difficulties I think you will encounter are finance ones - if you are a cash buyer, you probably have no difficulties. I guess distance also has its challenges, if you can't be here physically to inspect, supervise trades and what not.

Everyone has money, not everyone has crypto. I think you'd be shrinking your investor pool.

Sounds like a good deal, but at what interest rate? Seems they're in cahoots with the Fed Govt to spend as much money as possible. An example is a gal buying my 4 plex has 100% financing, 2.65% interest rate, and $500K to blow on it. Apparently a special program from the govt, facilitated by BofA. Shame I don't qualify for something like this; apparently all humans are not created equal after all.

I am presently using www.better.com for my next mortgage, they have been awesome.

Sorry I can't answer your specific question, so no help to you.

I didn't find that to be the case when I was there but then I was only in Australia and New Zealand for a couple of weeks.

Yes they tend to fawn over yanks in anticipation of generous tips. So they end up with their solid wages and it's still not enough to provide good service except when they think there's something more in it for them.

Your reply sounds reasonable to me.

Nowadays tipping is starting to creep in as an expected behaviour over there, despite the good wages...but guess what? Quality of service hasn't improved. In fact in all my years living there, I only ever once felt compelled to tip a gal whose service was above and beyond just dumping the food in front of you; that's a rare thing indeed over there.

Where did you advertise and how can I get a hold of them? They need to come buy some from me.
