Would any of you guys like to get a small group together to talk about what's working and what's not and try to help each other where we can? I can read, listen to podcasts, and go to hear people speak, but at this point I'd rather spend my additional time bouncing ideas and thoughts around with people and to give and receive feedback. A group of 5 or 6 would be great.

Typical property insurance is much like car insurance. Something sudden and accidental would have to have happened for it to be covered. So if something struck it possibly yes. If just sprang a leak and no other damage doubtful. This would be similar to a gas tank rusting out and not being covered under the auto policy.

I'm working on getting my 1st deal and I was driving for leads and called a listing agent. She really couldn't answer some of my basic questions about it so offered to have the owner call me. What questions would you ask regarding a 4 plex with all utilities paid?
