I'm proud to say that in April we closed on our first property in Kansas City, and within about a week had tenants moving it!

I've been trolling the forums for so long that I never thought this day would come.  I worked with a local company who did an awesome job at working with me on a Hybrid type turnkey.  I was involved from the start to finish, but not in the day to day workings.  Exactly what i wanted!

My 2016 goal was a house a year to get to our goal, but now I've gotten the bug, and we're working on our next property which should complete this summer.

If you're looking to build a portfolio but not quit your day job make sure you get educated, build a solid network, ALWAYS verify the number, and make your first deal happen!  Good luck to all!
