Maybe I'll start a new discussion for a GTA/Brampton/Peel meetup. Give it a couple weeks then we'll get something in the books for a meetup. Fingers crossed our Covid numbers don't blow up again.

@Dale Kehler same here Dave! Let's get something together. ... and sorry I'm totally spamming this thread but I'm just excited I found it! After a week or so of looking through the other threads I finally found the Canadian forum. Would be nice to put some Canadian numbers/ideas/strategies together with some fellow Canadians, especially in the GTA.

@Cameron Chambers ... Was that with Smart Home Choice by any chance? I know those guys faulty well. How was it?

Hi Cameron. I'm also in Brampton! Just joined the BP world recently and have been looking for people in the area to connect with. Haven't had much luck finding meetups in Brampton as Covid has squashed most of those around here I think. I found some in Toronto but haven't attended any yet. Maybe a Brampton/Peel meetup should take place??

@Drew Bursey Hi Drew! I'm investing in Canada. Bought my 1st duplex 2 years ago and now about to refinance to use for a downpayment on another multi family. Prices are high tho! I'm in the Toronto area and prices are ridiculous. I'm concentrating on an area outside of the city where prices are much lower but rents are still fairly high. I've actually just stumbled upon the bigger pockets family of material and it's motivated me to take on the REI life head on! I've always said I wanted to do it more and now I am. Let's go!
