Are people investing in Canada?

I'm Canadian but currently living in Australia.

I'm just starting out and learning about real estate investing. Is anyone investing in Canada or Australia?

Unfortunately both of these markets are not too cheap...

Any suggestions or tips?

Hi @Drew Bursey, I invest passively in Saskatchewan with a few rental and funding some flips. It's relatively easy to get the 1%-Rule there in smaller cities with a great cash-on-cash return. Message me if you want more info. Good luck on your REI journey.
