I think most people would send them a letter with their contact information on it but theres not really a big difference between that and a phone call. I guess the letter seems a bit less intrusive. Good luck with it!

I agree with DJ. As long as the cash flow is great you should be fine. You should be able to benefit from appreciation as well depending on how long you hold the property.

Hey, guys. I'm a bit shocked after I realized I haven't gotten any BP alerts for almost a week. I usually get email alerts via my cell phone but I had a feeling I should check my email on my laptop. I noticed that BP wasn't quiet! Rather, all of messages were in the spam folder. Has this happened to any of you before?

@Ray Foley  I appreciate you helping to clean up neighborhoods. With such efforts, the entire country can eventually  be reformed. It's amazing how one can see huge million dollar properties but just ten minutes away there are crappy run down buildings and drug addicts everywhere. What a mess!
