Welcome to real estate investing. I live in Indianapolis now but I am originally from Harrisburg and investing in both areas.

We met at the Toastmasters meeting 2 weeks ago. I see you are working on your network. I look forward to hearing you speak and building with you on the BP forums. 

I can tell you are going to do great in real estate. You ask great questions and are eager to learn. 

Be sure to set up your keyword alerts for the areas and type of investments you are interested in. This will allow you to find others in your area with similar interest.

Great dinner meeting with @Andy Rumple of Indy FastCash. He was willing to share his knowledge tips and trick of the trade. I can see why he is one of the top wholesalers in Indianapolis, IN. Best of luck in helping those 100 wholesalers to their first deal. I look forward to working with you in the future.

The meeting went great! I followed some of the tips provided above. I gained a lot of knowledge about the real estate industry. Admittedly so, she was not an expert on investments, but she did point me in the right direction. More important than what I learned in the meeting, I think I gained a friend in the industry with 23 years of experience. That is invaluable.

I am a Harrisburg native living in Indianapolis, IN for the past 4 years. Brownfield is a new term to me. I did a quick google search but I am interested to hear more about the brownfield you were involved in. Look forward to networking with you on BP. 

I took my wife on our first date to Dawson's Too. I will give you a call and see how your schedule looks the week of June 11th. 

That is great advice @David Dachtera for tax records in general.
