As a new member of BP, I'm hoping to learn from and contribute to the BP Community.  I have some experience with a few residential rental properties and a mid-sized (25 acre) brownfield redevelopment project.

I'm curious to hear from other investors on their experience focusing on one particular category of real estate or diversifying across several.

Thanks,
Steve

Thanks Michael.  I just sent you an invitation to "connect".  I'll be in touch, but in short - my business partner and I acquired an environmentally-impaired property from a corporation that consolidated and relocated.  We took on the cleanup and ultimately moved in a manufacturing company who purchased the property from us a several years ago.  Brownfield redevelopment can be a long, complex process (not for the faint of heart).
