Hey @Garrett Vaeth it may be possible but there's couple factors to look out for. Some lenders won't lend in rural areas, etc. You'll want to interview a few lenders and compare the term sheets. Hey @Jacob Archambault have you checked out the Hard Money Lending Directory for Oregon? Some of these lenders have new construction and rehab programs. Hard money lenders are best for investors with experience or with the capital to put down at least 20% of the loan value. Hopefully this helps during your planning phase!
