@Jorge R. Congrats. That's a great profit! How long did the entire process take? Did you do your own work or hire it out?

@Michael Demby @Adonna Pruette @Daniel Henley I have been working with Brader Greene out of Ballantyne for the past few years and they are great. I work with Todd Greene. He's well versed in the real estate/investing world and awesome to work with.

I'm looking for a good company to buy prospective seller leads with phone #s attached to the leads. I'm currently using Prospect Now and I've been disappointed with their platform. Their website isn't user-friendly and I've found the quality of their leads to be sub-par. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Post: Interest on a downpayment

I'm purchasing a 4-unit property with my brother and sister. The property is 345k and I'm the one putting down the 25% downpayment of $86,250. We/I'm wondering if I should get interest on my downpayment when we sell the property in the future. If so, what type of interest would be fair?  Thanks in advance!

Thanks in advance!

@Craig Curelop Thanks.

Both of those options are contingent on having good income on paper. I'm wondering if there are any options for someone who paid cash and can't show good income for 2 consecutive years. All they have to show is the equity in the property.

I'm pretty sure the answer is no, but I figured I'd ask the forums.

Is there a good way to pull your money out of an investment property after purchasing it with cash as opposed to using financing? For example, a property is purchased in cash, the rehab is done, the property is rented. Is there any way to pull the equity, which would essentially be the value of the house, back out of the deal to repeat the process?

Thanks in advance!
