Interest on a downpayment

I'm purchasing a 4-unit property with my brother and sister. The property is 345k and I'm the one putting down the 25% downpayment of $86,250. We/I'm wondering if I should get interest on my downpayment when we sell the property in the future. If so, what type of interest would be fair?  Thanks in advance!
