@Alejandro C. nice! You must be getting to the end of your amortization period, what are your plans once it's paid off?

Hey @Alexander Felice, I've been watching these videos as they have been popping out and I've enjoyed them. It's great to hear from the investors and even better to see the property and walk through it. What would be really cool is if you broke down the numbers on the screen for the audience. It would show new and seasoned investors exactly what is accounted for in the properties. Highlighting the holding costs for a BRRRR would be very cool to see as it is something that is often overlooked for newbies. I hope this was valuable feedback. Looking forward to the next video! Cheers man.

@Kiera Underwood absolutely market dependent. I'm nervous for all the newer investors that are running out and buying homes for appreciation because the market is so hot right now in several different areas. I'm a huge believer in the "you make money when you buy" philosophy.

@Brenden Mitchum for sure. I've found some pockets in Atlanta where you can get close to the 1% rule but the market is so hot right now with homebuyers due to the low interest rates. I'm sure it's just as crazy with investors trying to snatch up what is left as well. What are your thoughts?
