@Jackson Sandland they always charge more for personal residences. Also, they may want to know if its a rental or a flip. So they know what grade of materials to offer.

@Ahmed Youssef hard pass. Also, ask if the turn key guys do property management. If so ask then where they manage and how many doors. If A turn key wont manage your property than the rental comps and price they offer you are likely no good

I am house hacking and about to buy my second house hack.

How can a little guy with 2 cashflowing SFH's just into multis and big deals?

I hear big fish say all the time "just go big" but I cant find anyone who actually started big. The big guys seems to have all started small and then sold off the little stuff.

Before I leverage myself into more SFH and eat up all my DTI what should I consider?
