Does a mobile home (single family) rent as much as a normal SFH? Mobile homes are cheaper to buy, and I've checked rentometer to get an idea of rents in the area. I'm wondering if I can rent this mobile home as much as a normal SFH.

@Account Closed Hey man, thank you for sharing some great insights !

We may have crossed paths in one of the Bay Area meetups held in Milpitas ?

From the previous posts above I see that you're pretty generous with your time in sharing valuable information to bay area investors. When its convenient for you, I'd love to tag along and listen in.

I'm a small business owner in Fremont, but my end game is in real estate so I can adjust my schedule to your availability.

@Jason Curtis Good points here. CIT bank also offers 2.25% on their savings account . "Savings builder" is what they call it.

Hi BP Community,

My brother and I are looking to invest out of state using the BUY & HOLD strategy for cash flow.

We live in San Diego, CA. and currently house hacking a 4 bedroom house. We realized we cannot continue this model going forward in our investing career in an expensive market and expect to cash flow.

As a Marine Officer, my brother spent time in North Carolina for training and figured we starting looking into this market to see if the BUY & HOLD strategy while cash flowing works.

Are any of you currently or have had success in this market using the BUY & HOLD strategy while cash flowing?

Topsail Beach NC. is the area we are targeting - a coastal town recently hit by hurricane Florence.

Any and all input is much appreciated as always.

Do you have rentals in Kern County? If so, what sort of cash flow are you seeing ?

Thanks!

Do you have rental properties at Austin yourself?

If so, what are those cities
