@Rich V. I'm very aware of this, haha.  This is something I've dealt with successfully over the past decade.  We've started 5 businesses and one non profit.  Only one business has failed.  Once she sees that this isn't going to bankrupt us she'll be excited.  She is definitely interested as of now too but thats because our stock investments have only earned 2% in the past 4 years.  We're on our 3rd financial planner now...  And whenever I drive I have the podcast on no matter who is in the car with me.  =)

As a newbie here, I'm trying to understand the BRRRR strategy more. If I buy a property using this strategy and it works out that I can get my investment back to repeat, I should be able to just keep going, right? I feel that at least for the time being this is the best approach. My wife is very hesitant to use our money and if I could get back the initial investment after a refi it'll probably get her on board pretty quickly.

Just kind of thinking out loud here.  I'd love to hear your thoughts/experiences.

Hi everyone! After randomly finding BP (and quickly falling in love) I've realized that I really want to invest in rental properties. My initial goal is to cover our monthly expenses and then to fund my twin daughters' college/whatever the heck they want to do fund. There's a lot to learn but I'm hungry and excited!
