BRRRR strategy work indefinitely?
As a newbie here, I'm trying to understand the BRRRR strategy more. If I buy a property using this strategy and it works out that I can get my investment back to repeat, I should be able to just keep going, right? I feel that at least for the time being this is the best approach. My wife is very hesitant to use our money and if I could get back the initial investment after a refi it'll probably get her on board pretty quickly.
Just kind of thinking out loud here. I'd love to hear your thoughts/experiences.

Hi Michael- one thing to keep in mind with the BRRRR strategy is that most lenders will require a time of seasoning for the loan before you will be able to refinance and get your money back to reinvest. Best wishes as you start out.
