I have rentals in all those... except canton

its all high man.. it's crazy. It doesn't cashflow anymore. Unless u find an off market deal and even then they stil need 50-60k in rehab to pass all codes

i have 10 in Redford.. I think.. I can't remember. Prices aren't cheap anymore. They used to be 30k and now same house is 100-120

make sure u know the difference between "old Redford" and south redford

Depends. Is it a rental or a flip? 

if flip, noone will want it. Especially in Livonia. I've lived in Livonia for 20 yrs and know it like the back of my hand.pm me for more information

if u have north of Plymouth and south of the train tracks, u won't get 1600.

in fact, joy and Middlebelt to Inkster and train tracks, it's not 1600 unless they are like mine... Amazing
