A friend has an accidental rental in Amherst, Massachusetts and is looking for a good PM company to manage the rental.

The house is currently occupied, the tenant has been there for 3-4 yrs and no issues that he knows of.

Looking for recommendations on who he should call.

 yes, we do our own, mostly myself. i also do lots of contracting work for homeowners and other investors in the area too.

no. never been to OK. i invest within 10 miles of where i live. i am super hands on my 50 rentals.

Corey, I have 50 in the same area. Hard to find them cheap and good location.
