Hey everyone!

Thursday's New Investor Meeting has been moved from the Brass Tap to Fitzgerald's in Uptown Charlotte! The address is 201 E 5th St, Charlotte, NC 28202. The Brass Tap had a scheduling conflict so we will be moved to the private upstairs lounge that I reserved at Fitz's. They validate parking at the Wake Forest parking garage right there on 5th, so make sure you bring your parking ticket in with you to the meeting so that the bartender can validate it. I can also get a couple of apps if people want, just text me. 

I want to thank everyone for attending the meetings so far- they've been a great way for people to get themselves out there and meet other like-minded investors! We've had a bunch of attendees get their first deals done, sometimes working with other people in the group! Let's keep it going!

Hey guys! 

We will be holding our 3rd "New Investors Only Meeting" at the Brass Tap in Charlotte again (address in location above). I looked into some other venues and nothing really fit what we are looking for, so Brass Tap it is! 

At this meeting we will be discussing commercial deals and property management with a couple of awesome guest speakers! And of course, come to network- our little group is growing strong!

Hey Ryan! I am holding a new investors meeting on August 4th, and there have been attendees who are looking to do a joint venture. We would love it if you could make it! I'll be posting in the Events and Happenings forum here on BP once I know the location, but the date is pretty fixed.

Our next meeting is August 4th and it should be a great meeting. I'll be posting more info about it soon. The people in the group have been using it to network and get the hang of checking out potential deals. Plus it's a lot of fun!

Hey Jodi- I am new to real estate investing but yes have my real estate license. I am not qualified to advise newbies and that is not the purpose of the meetings. There are plenty of other meetings and meetups in the Charlotte metro to go and talk with experienced investors. 

We are trying to form a good place for new people to network and meet new people who are also trying to get into REI. I do plan on bringing in guest speakers who have experience in various fields of interest based on the needs of the group and have a few lined up for the next couple of meetings. We also want to highlight members of the group that got a deal done and learn from them.
