Hey everyone. Excited to be on such an informative and laid back forum. Currently I own a medium size car lot and want to slowly get into real estate. I am looking to do a JV on a fix n flip in Charlotte(Noda/Midwood preferably.) Would like to do 10-20% down on my end. I am looking to start in the next 6 months. I would love hear any advice or anyone looking to partner or just network. Thanks, Ryan

Hey Ryan! I am holding a new investors meeting on August 4th, and there have been attendees who are looking to do a joint venture. We would love it if you could make it! I'll be posting in the Events and Happenings forum here on BP once I know the location, but the date is pretty fixed.

Matt
