Good afternoon, I am currently researching in markets like Dallas, Houston, Orlando, Atlanta and Nashville for a deal, my first deal, and wanted to seek advice. For someone who is new to the game, does anyone have any area recommendations? I have capital up to 150K down with a partner, but want to make sure I'm taking the right steps towards my success. Advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you for your time..

Good afternoon, I was hoping to get some advice on good areas in Dallas or Houston for multifamily buy and hold properties. I am doing my own research as well, but thought it would be beneficial to also have some feedback! Thank you so much

Hi, I am currently in the process of searching for multifamily buy and hold deals and I have a private lender contact I haven't called yet. I wasn't sure if I should have a deal first to bring to them, or if I should see what works for them and then look for deals. Does anyone have any advice as far as that and maybe any tips for conversation when speaking with them?
