Good afternoon, I am currently researching in markets like Dallas, Houston, Orlando, Atlanta and Nashville for a deal, my first deal, and wanted to seek advice. For someone who is new to the game, does anyone have any area recommendations? I have capital up to 150K down with a partner, but want to make sure I'm taking the right steps towards my success. Advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you for your time..
