Private Lender Advice
Hi, I am currently in the process of searching for multifamily buy and hold deals and I have a private lender contact I haven't called yet. I wasn't sure if I should have a deal first to bring to them, or if I should see what works for them and then look for deals. Does anyone have any advice as far as that and maybe any tips for conversation when speaking with them?
