Hey BP fam, I bought my first rental property in 2019 and have some equity I’d like to pull out to either buy an other rental or air bnb in DR. I’m having a hard time finding a bank lend me money on my property. If someone can point me towards the right direction it’ll be much appreciated. I’m in the central Connecticut area

It wasn’t too bad, they just constantly kept asking for information. Wanted to know every transaction in my bank accounts lol but for the most part it was smooth

Hey BP family, so I just wanted to reach out and see if any landlords can send me some tips on becoming a new landlord. I will be closing on my first rental property soon and wanted to get some insight from you guys. Also if you guys can steer me to the right forum discussions or blogs on here. I will be having an inherited tenant that plans to stay and I will be looking for a new tenant next year when I move out. Thank you

Hey BP family, I'm writing a post just to put myself out there and get some advice from you guys. My name is Mckenzie, I'm from Meriden, Connecticut I'm new to real estate and Bigger Pockets. I've been listening to podcasts, reading, joined my local REIA and going to real estate meet ups these past couple months and have really been inspired. I'm currently purchasing my first duplex this month to start house hacking to put my foot in the door of real estate. My plan is to save, move out in a year, rent both units and move into another multi home and repeat to build my portfolio. I eventually want to get into commercial in the future. I'm also looking for deals to wholesale along the way to build capitol for my next investment property with D4$ using deal machine and sending out mailers. Have not gotten any deals yet but understand it's a process. If any of guys have any advice, tips or ideas please reply to this post. Thank you
