Landlording in Connecticut

Hey BP family, so I just wanted to reach out and see if any landlords can send me some tips on becoming a new landlord. I will be closing on my first rental property soon and wanted to get some insight from you guys. Also if you guys can steer me to the right forum discussions or blogs on here. I will be having an inherited tenant that plans to stay and I will be looking for a new tenant next year when I move out. Thank you

@Mckenzie Jean I’d highly recommend the Bigger Pockets how to manage your rental book (yellow). It will answer many of your questions including some you didn’t even know you had. Highly recommended!
