@Scott Donahue

Good morning Scott.

I manage 33 units in Boston. I use a short week to week lease.

I collect 4 weeks first, last, and two weeks prepaid rent upon move in. The tentant receives 2 weeks back upon

love out with 2 weeks notice and satisfactory inspection.

Let me know if you have any questions

Jeff

Hi, I don't know why you would need a lead inspection. Most SRO units are adult only, so lead laws don't apply.

I have been using Landlordlocks.com for a few years now. They offer very good customer service at a price point the local locksmiths can't approach. Once you purchase the hardware and a few spare cores, changing locks takes seconds and is practically free.

Good morning Ann... I was planning on attending. Wasn't this originally a class on renovation cost estimation? Thanks Jeff

Good morning, I'm two months in on this awesome website...Ive learned a ton! Through search, I couldn't find an answer on whether or not I need/should put doorbells in a B-C level 7 unit residential building I just purchased...any thoughts?
