If there was a will, the Executor is who you will want to reach out to. You will find that information at your county probate court. Some counties have this information online.

Welcome!! What part of Houston are you in? I am on the northeast side, Humble/Kingwood/Atascocita. I very much recommend listening through the podcast. You are likely to find multiple shows discussing the type of investing you are interested in. I have learned a lot listening to them.

@Sameer Kh how did this turn out? I am looking at probates as my entry strategy. Any other insights you could offer would be most appreciated.

Brandie Lyons I am also near starting my wholesaling adventures. I live in the Humble/Atascocita area. I am talking with other members of BP that are in our area about starting a monthly meeting here in Humble. Let me know if you would be interested.
