Hello hello!

My name is Randi White, my husband @traviswhite (I don't know why it won't let me tag him) has been crawling this site for the last month getting the word out about our goals. I started in real estate back in the bay area where I worked as a real estate assistant for a small brokerage, and was then promoted to project manager for a real estate software they were developing (typical San Francisco). When my husband and I decided to move back to Texas, I picked up a job as a Transaction Coordinator for Houston House Buyers. WOW! It was one hell of a ride and I learned a ton from that office. The home we purchased ended up flooding for Tax Day and again for Harvey, and in the midst of all that I did end up leaving my position with HHB to spend more time at home with the family while we rebuilt our life twice in 1 year with two kids under age 2.

All said and done, we cleared a pretty big payout on insurance, sold our soggy SFH, and intend to invest all of our funds into investment properties instead another family home. $200K in the bank and we are STOKED. It looks like we are going to go forward with the BRRRR path with SFH in Houston, TX. However, I would also be very interested in getting on wholesaler lists in Austin as well!

I think Travis has done a great job getting to know the BP community thus far, but I wanted to get my name out there as well. Why should he have all the fun? Thanks BP for all the help and we look forward to more networking!
