@Ivan Vargas what project are you working on with WGI and with whom? I work at WGI in the Marketing/Creative Dept. So I am not familiar with the actual projects our Land Planning Department is working on.  Curious!

I will be in Denver, but it sounds like a great idea. Tag me if you do it next time!

Wish I could join you this month, but will be out of town. We really enjoyed the last time we went. Great conversation!

Dee go onto the Palm Beach County Property Appraiser website and search for sales in that neighborhood. You can find the neighborhood by searching that property first.
When my ex-husband and I first got married we bought a duplex in what we thought was a cute neighborhood in Sarasota. We rented the other unit out Section 8 which worked well. However the neighborhood was not good and so from experience I would say be very careful with neighborhoods around downtown WPB. The idea of a duplex is a good one and I would actually like one again but there are limited areas in my opinion that you can get them to live in. Do your research on the crime statistics schools etc so you will have a good idea of that you're getting into. Hope this helps. Good luck!

I was thinking the same thing @Chad U., that the winning bidder had to be an owner occupant.

@Michael Lee what did you ever decide to do with this property? I'm interested to hear what more you found out and if you were able to put an offer in and make it work.

@Chetan Tandon are you offering owner financing or lease options on this property?

Is that in the neighborhood across from Terracina? That seems even higher than the going retail rate. Does it have exceptional upgrades?
