I'm looking for any help with connections to any lenders who finance buy and hold properties in the Atlanta area.  I'm a newer wholesaler in the north Atlanta OTP area (have closed on 3 deals so far), and would like to begin acquiring my rental portfolio. I plan on cherry-picking the deals I get under contract, and continue to wholesale the rest.  Any help from BP nation would be appreciated!  Thanks.

I'm looking to work with Realtors who have cash buyers who are interested in receiving information on discounted properties. Mainly sfr's located in the North Atl OTP area. These are all OFF MARKET DEALS. Let me know if you'd like to connect! I just closed a deal in Mableton area with a realtor; she simply added on her commission, and BAM! made some easy money.

@Khalid Kelly I'm a fellow wholesaler in Cobb and Paulding counties. Direct mail works best for us at GaPropServices.com.  It's a little more expensive than bandit signs (and less work if you have someone do them for you!) but very effective.
