Thanks guys. It just happen out of nowhere. That why I asked. My thought on the "season" comment is this: People might be getting told to sell these inherited properties before the end of the year for tax reasons.. I think it is PAINFULLY obvious that I have to change my marketing stragies

Is anyone else having a slow response in the summer with Direct Mail Probate Campaigns? I'm usually around 7% response, now I'm about .25%. My thought is after Labor Day things will pick-up. Can I please get some guidance on this?

@Michael Quarles would you suggest putting your company e-mail address on yellow letters along with phone numbers?

@Jerry Puckett thanks a lot. Since I am a newbie with only a couple of deals under my belt I have to take what you say seriously.

So another question would be does it matter what days you send out your direct mail? For example. I send out on Friday so it lands on Monday/Tuesday at the latest. My thought is that I DON'T want my post cards getting caught up in with the new circulars? Your thoughts please

Cameron the position I'm in now is similar. I can either send out 250 - 350 yellow letters per month or send out 1500 post cards. Everyone says it's a numbers game, so I'm about to find out. I wish you well and I will keep you updated on how things workout for me
