@Brandon Peery I recently left an acquisitions role of around 2 years to do my own thing. I’ve been cold calling for a little less than 2 months now and haven’t done a deal yet from cold calling. A lot of follow ups which is to be expected with this kind of marketing but my concern is i’m not getting enough contacts on a day to day basis. I’m trying to pinpoint if it’s a market issue or a data/skip tracing issue.
