Hello BP community. I am working on building a direct mailing list on Listsource for my first round of direct mailings. I am looking to build a list of sellers that have at least 50% equity in their properties but I am unsure on the options to check off in the criteria list. Any advice on building a list on listsource would  be beneficial and greatly appreciated.
