Not trying to solicit here, just looking for some suggestions/referrals on good turn key companies in Ohio, I'm an out of state investor and was wondering about turn key companies, also if you'd like to share any good and or bad experiences with turn key companies, that would be great.

That's actually very low, I used to pay that for a studio here in Orange County, CA but then again california has arguably the highest cost of living in the country. That being said it is absolute to be above the $1300 price point in many markets. Every market is different so don't assume, always look at the facts(numbers)

@Yang Zhang, great job bro, but let me ask, how did you fund your purchase, did you do it with your own capital or did you use a private lender? just curious.

personally, I would work on the top unit and get it ready for market renters, then figure out what to do with the bottom rental afterwards, but that's just me.

you said that there is a good rental market out there, what is the average rent in that area? how does it differ from property to property, will they pay a certain amount for a 2 bd 1 ba, or will the price increase be good if there are 2ba involved or another room?
