Newbie from Winchester, California
My name is Tony Speth and I currently have no background in real estate but taking a couple college courses and just recently re-enrolled back into college to continue working towards my realtors license and also my business degree. I am originally from San Diego, CA but my family(Wife and two kids, 2 1/2 and 1 1/2) and I recently moved up to Winchester as it is much more affordable. My main goals for Real Estate are to start purchasing multi-family properties for Buy and Hold and also single family residences for Buy and Hold. I am hoping to turn it into income that I am able to put away for retirement and mainly for my children's education.
