@Ryan Kelly people would kill to have that Delorean now.

What I didn't know was this may also be where they build the autonomous Semi Truck, which will be revolutionary.

The Del Valle Gigafactory will be their biggest and will occupy both sides of TX 130.

Do you know how long you'll be stationed in San Antonio? What's your current living situation? Many of us started out by house hacking and are very glad we did.

a zero down VA loan on a primary residence duplex or an FHA 203K flip you could live in might be great starts.

PS thank you for your military service.

You would get a panel full of emotional pontificators who were sure their own analysis was golden and everyone else's was shite.

i moved into a new build community 1 year ago. Those who got here a year before me are now moving out at the rate of 1 or 2 per week with impressive appreciation at resale or with nice cash flow rentals.

Southeast Austin is a great bet between Goodnight Ranch, the long past due need for a new high school, Easton Park, Tesla, and Velocity Mixed Use.

All the best to you.

What causes you to impose the 20 minute constraint? Many people in Austin are accustomed to commutes of 40+ minutes and do this for more affordable rents and mortgages.
