I’m looking at Cleveland as well, but an A or B area duplex is minimum $225k@ and at 25% down, it’s gonna be up there. You’ll have to look at C/D areas to get it. 

And who says Real Estate Investing isnt fun?! 😂

I liked Long Distance Investing by David Greene.. since that is my strategy. Ive skipped over the motivation books. Was looking for more of "how To books" lol

I do agree that an area like Cleveland needs VERY close inspection. Neighborhoods can change just blocks away. 

Excellent point! That’s why People need boots on the ground information. Appreciate that insight.

The school system in Las Vegas is horrible too. ( unless it’s private) so yeah is an unfortunate thing. 

I’m a newbie.. but the rating of the schools would seem to be an accurate account of the neighborhood. Longtime mailman here.
