@Matthew Wilson

Start with knowing your target audience and work from there, every great marketing campaign starts with knowing your target. I would recommend with starting with the out of staters first.

Is there anyone that can recommend an attorney for an issue with a Grand mother that is refusing to leave home. I’m trying to get ahead of the issue before it becomes an even larger issue. Backdrop, I moved out of state for military training 8 months at first, then turned into 12-18 months. Wife stayed back and allowed Gma to move in. Shortly after we found out that the course would be up to two years we decided it was best to sell our home and move her and my child. This is becoming way more of an issue than it should. I’m looking for an attorney because I don’t have the time to cater and make sure everything is done without mistake.

Does anyone have any names/business personnel that you can offer up for some handyman work needed done in Colorado Springs / Fountain, CO?

Doors and trim, potential Formica countertop install, LVP floor repair.

@David T. I would personally change that to a sanitary T. Like the other individual from CT mentioned. The plumber should of known to use a sanitary T, unless he has a killer on call service fee (which most do) for when he responds to the clogging of that T.

I once thought my house was haunted. Turned out that a double pane window had a leak and became quite “Spooky” when the wind would blow. Fixed that one quick.

@Kevin you could even go further as to place manufactured homes on the land, sell the entire home on a note to someone that qualifies and charge lot rent also. That way even after the home is paid off you still collect money.
