What is the best way to remove the smell of cat urine from the house? There is a feral cat that is living in a vacant house and the floors are old wood. Plus there are signs of termites.

Quote from @Lydia R.:

What you've heard is true. The fortune is in the follow up. It does take multiple touches from mailers to start seeing some results. Id recommend mailing to your list every 3-4 weeks and switch up the mail pieces. Start with a postcard, follow up with a letter and then another postcard. After 3 months and zero responses, take the name off your list.

Thank you Lydia that really helps. How many prospects do you start out with? I was thinking 5,000 but was not sure if I should do more or less.

Hey everyone,

I am about to start direct mail marketing as wholesaler. I always hear that the sale is in the follow-up or that it takes a few mailers before people call. How soon do you resend another postcard to the address and how many times before you begin to move on?

I appreciate any feedback

Hey everyone,

I would appreciate any recommendations for CPA's in the Tampa/St. Pete area. There are so many of them when I look online and it gets to be a little overwhelming which is why I came here where there are so many of you with great advise or experiences.

Thank you for referrals and I hope to see everyone at BPCON 2023
