Hey Everyone,

I'd like to FINALLY introduce myself to the BiggerPockets community. I have been a member for the past few months, spending a good amount of time reading the blogs and forum posts, as well as listening to the podcasts. I originally planned on doing an introduction once I got my first RE deal but that prideful and stubborn approach would most likely hinder my progress as I venture down the path of real estate.

I am a 24 year old (25 in April) student at San Diego State University majoring in Psychology. I am two semesters away from that fairly expensive piece of paper that is supposed to open many doors in life. At least that's what society has told me. But because I don't want to leave my future success up to hearsay, I have chosen real estate as my vehicle to a successful life.

As of right now, February 7, 2016, I am actively working as a wholesaler, but am continuously learning how to be more of a transaction engineer. I have heard and believe that the ability to evaluate a sellers situation and have multiple solutions to offer will lead to more success in my business. With that being said, I also have goals to own multiple units in the future to create residual income.

In an effort to keep this simple introduction from becoming a short story novel, I would like to thank every member of BP for contributing to the community and inspiring myself and others to become great. I am aware that the path of the self employed is not easy but can be very fulfilling if you have the mindset that it takes. To conclude, I hope all the best for you all and look forward to connecting with many of you as our journeys continue.
