Hello - Any of you all have good cleaners for turnovers? Have a vacancy coming up and want a proper deep clean (no maintenance involved). Who do you use?

Was this recent? Care to share any info about your purchase? Tacoma?

Hey Jordan - I heard Matvey foundation repair does good work, it wasnt my property so take that as anecdotal. Just curious, did you waive inspection on the house when you bought it or was it missed by the inspector?

There is one called real people, real beer, real estate. But not sure if it has any traction, the leader is on BP so he many clarify. I would love a consistent meetup though.

Hi Sherelle -

A second home at 3.5% will be hard as that sounds like you would need to do an FHA again (unless you are former military and have access to VA loands).

Are you familiar with Tacoma at all? I invest here and neighborhoods are extremely important. There is definitely value in the "up and coming" neighborhoods but you would have to set expectations as an owner occupant.

Just found this map the other day. https://www.cityoftacoma.org/UserFiles/Servers/Ser...

I would add the the south end is block by block, you have to really know the area. I invest in Tacoma, the only total no go area for me is the eastside north of 38th and east of 7. Long way to go there.

Hello -

I am making a trip out to Spokane this weekend to check out a couple of neighborhoods and properties listed on MLS. This is more of an info gathering mission but I am thinking moving my investment strategy from south sound area to Spokane. From the research I have done so far I am targeting south hill or browns addition for a multifamily or cash flowing sfh.

If anybody has any Spokane local wisdom and will be around to talk shop this weekend over coffee I would love to hear what you have to say. Any tips here would be great too! Cheers!

Nice Jeff! What are you using for floors LVT?

@James Gliwa - Hi James - Does you turn key triplex cash flow? Impressive if it does. I have one triplex in tacoma and have been looking for more

Hello,

Looking to buy a multifamily property in the greater Seattle area and was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction in getting started in this space. I am a first time home buyer but will likely not need to go the FHA route, and have the money to get going on this now. Ideally I find a property to live in and rent out the other unit, and having the property eventually cash flow when I move out and repeat the process ( From my research so far this will likely be outside seattle?). I understand this post may be incredibly vague but any help/ direction would be appreciated.
