A few months ago I reached out to the BiggerPockets forum seeking help from Real Estate Agents within Pierce County, Wa. My previous agent was not cutting it nor was he an investor. My wife and I interviewed @Aaron Nelson while he interviewed us. He took extremely detailed notes of our needs and situation then started analyzing the market.
