@Dion DePaoli I'm currently the buyers agent in the purchase of a foreclosure involving LSF8 Master Participation Trust and Caliber Home Loans.  Your insight helped me out during this final week before closing.  Thank you!

I attended Joe Calloway's Construction for Investors on August 8th, 2015. I thought both the tour and presentation portions of the class were extremely detailed and added a lot of value. We learned what to do, what not to do, what to look for during inspections, pricing structures, and more. I had a great time and will definitely attend another class.

Thanks for that info, Anthony.  I, too, am concerned with the legality of wholesaling as a real estate agent.  I'm licensed and still want to do wholesales, but the extra fees associated with the service we provide makes it a lot less desirable to buyers and sellers.  I'm trying to find a creative way around it, but I don't want to do anything illegal or viewed as illegal.

Can anyone recommend a solid group of contractors in the Pittsburgh or Greater Pittsburgh area that are used to rehab work and do a good job? I'd like to have them in mind before I get my next property under contract. Any referrals would be appreciated!

Hi all! I'm searching for a great private or hard money investor for some flips in the Pittsburgh and Greater Pittsburgh area. Does anyone have a good recommendation? I'm basically looking for full financing if possible. I have some leads and have an active search going for great flips and I want to have the money lined up beforehand. Any recommendations would be great! Thanks!

Hi all! I'm a newly licensed REALTOR in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I was discussing wholesaling with seasoned agents and they said I may not be able to do it any longer now that I'm licensed. Is it legal for a REALTOR to still wholesale without sharing that income with their broker? I do my wholesales through my LLC, established before I got my license and is unrelated to my broker. Any advice would be great! Thanks all.
