Yes, I work for a construction team. Depending on the scale, we can take it on. Let's connect

The -1VL is in reference to the height and how many stories you can build. If you'd like, I'm a developer here in LA and I can help you analyze the property. Plus I have a general contractor I can refer as well. I'll send you a request to connect more!

@Robyn McGee Thanks! I went ahead and messaged you as well

Where is it located? I have a client looking for something. I'll send a connection request!

@Account Closed Hit it right on the nose with the SB9 information. I'd consider looking into that so you can get the existing building permitted correctly and even be able to build more another unit or so. SB9 makes it much easier to develop for owner-occupants, and most areas qualify for it.

Yes, I'll message you their info.

@Roland Mills Since you've never done commercial construction, I'd highly suggest partnering with a development team. That way you have the support and experience behind you. My team would be open to reviewing the project to see if it's a good fit, let me know

Hey Roland, I work with a commercial development team here in Los Angeles. In my opinion, I wouldn't rush into this deal. I'd have to learn about this a little more to get a better sense of it, but it's not checking out for me. If you're open to chatting more, let's connect

Quote from @Neil Cronkrite:

Hi Matt, it'd be great to learn more about you. We focus on syndicating healthcare office and retail on triple net leases. Our target states are OH, IN, and KY - do you develop outside of California?

Unfortunately we do not. We're pretty experienced in the Los Angeles market and there's a ton of opportunity to take advantage of whether that's in the luxury space or in the affordable housing community. The numbers could still make sense for you, who knows? Thanks for responding brother
