hi everyone, i'd like to continue on this thread as i also would like to add a mobile tiny home to my personal residence. 

i have 3 acres in PA and am checking with my township to see if this would be allowed 

Looking for advice on weither or not a "code" inspction would be coducted after applying for a rental license in the state of NJ? 

I have a duplex currently under reno and when ordering my cabinents, the wholesaler told me that he would not be able to fulfil my request due to my kitchen sink being up against a wall.

Anyone able to share a similar experience or story and how you went about using either hard money or leverage and how your deal went/ended up?

On the Bigger Pocets website, there is a section topic titled, "find deals". 

This looks like it requires a seperate subscription but there are no prices. Does anyone know what the cost is after the 7 day free trail? Would be nice if this came with the pro membership
