Quote from @Che Chiu Wong:

Here is one possible way. Assuming you have access to MLS (Multiple Listing Service, a place for agents to list deals).

1) Look for deals that look like investor-type of deals (e.g. low purchase price, ugly houses, or sometimes MLS will even say what type of financing it is)

2) If the buyer's info is there, voila.

3) Otherwise, contact the realtor to look for leads (that will be more of a uphill battle, but you never know...)

Thank you for the insight, definitely open to anything right now.

One place is networking at a Real Estate Investors meeting. Go to www.meetup.com and find one or two groups to join near where you live. Also, Bigger Pockets is a great resource, and you will probably be able to find buyers on this site. Network as much as possible.

Carol thank you for the tips. Definitely looking into meetings and going to meet them in person.

New to Real Estate and trying to find the best way to create leads and reach people about investment properties. My coworkers say Facebook but it seems so saturated and a lot of bots. I've tried posting on Craigslist and Instagram but nothing really yet. What's some ideas or things I can look into to build my investor list.

Hello everyone, I'm a new real estate agent in the houston area. I'm trying to find the best way to connect with real estate investors.

Hi Mason! Congratulations on becoming an agent.  When searching for clients I usually suggest starting with ones inner circle and good old grass roots marketing.  Make your intentions clear and make sure you have something to offer.

When it comes to investors specifically, I recommend attending any and all real estate meat ups.  Remember, it's not about meeting all the right people; it's about meeting ALL the people.

Best of luck!

Thank you Blake, I'm looking into those meet-ups right now. I scheduled one this week already. I appreciate the feedback.
