Hello. Is there any one in Chicagoland area that does probates and actually goes to the Daley Center and pulls the Probate records themselves? If you do, do they give/pull you a list or do you have to find the information yourself on their computers? Any information would greatly be appreciated.

Hello.  Is there any one in Chicagoland area that does probates and actually goes to the Daley Center and pulls the Probate records themselves?  If you do, do they give you a list or do you have to find the information yourself on their computers?  Any information would greatly be appreciated. 

As a wholesaler/investor can you get a short sale under contract and  do a double closing, once with the seller and the second with a retail buyer?  Also can investors sign an agreement with the seller to market the property?
